With so much distress in the world we know the answer, the solution that can bring you joy, peace, contentment, and complete satisfaction. Jesus said:
"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
ABOUT OUR CHURCH
We are an independent Baptist church in Saint Stephen, SC. Our church is more than just a building, it is where we first heard about Jesus, where we learned the Word of God, where our families were formed and raised, and where we gather every Sunday and Wednesday to see what great thing the Lord might do. We love this place, we love these people, we love our pastor, and we hope that you will consider joining us to see what all of the excitement is about!!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our services are about worshipping the one who loved us and gave himself for us. We owe so much to our Savior and we seek to lift him up with how we worship. Our songs are traditional but uplifting. You will hear people saying amen and hallelujah out loud during the service and you will probably see members stand during the service and testify of some things God has been doing in their lives. Do not be intimidated by these things, we feel that God is honored by our active participation in worshiping him.
FAIR HAVEN HOME FOR MEN
In 2010 God laid it on our pastor's heart to start a program for men who struggle with substance abuse. Out of his burden Fair Haven Home for Men was founded. Over the last 15 years we have helped over 200 men from all over the United States. We have a two stage program and we can house up to 12 men in our facilities as well as providing food, clothing, and healthcare to all of our residents free of charge.
