Alfred Willis

Bro. Willis is the founding pastor of Life Baptist Church, where he has faithfully served our congregation for forty-five years. Hailing from Cottageville, SC, he accepted Christ during a Singing at the old Berchador Coliseum in Goose Creek, SC, on December 7, 1972, "at a quarter after nine on a Thursday night." After feeling the call to preach, an invitation to lead a revival at a small mission in St. Stephen eventually paved the way for the establishment of Life Baptist Church in 1981. Through the years, Pastor Willis has served Life Baptist Church faithfully. He has preached the Word of God without apology, but more than just a preacher, he has been a shepherd to the flock of God. He has been faithful to visit the sick and suffering, to uplift the brokenhearted, and challenge the backslider within the church. We are so thankful for our godly pastor and his wife Mrs. Lenora.
